Belinda Rojano Tijerina, founder of BRT Professional Development Solutions, is a public and motivational speaker as well as an organizational consultant. Belinda embraces professional and personal life experiences to bring encouragement to life's everyday challenges. She is an ambitious and enthusiastic communications specialist with a niche in leadership development, customer service and presentation skills training, promoting self-improvement and self-worth. Skills include training in leadership empowerment, management, workplace ethics and employee wellness and retention.
Belinda has over 30 years of professional and business development experience and 20 years training experience in the corporate, real estate
and business brokering industry. Her experience includes providing training for the nonprofit organizations in the state, county and municipal sector. She has worked with diverse business including healthcare and is well known across the Rio Grande Valley.
Belinda is co-founder of A Tribute to Women Expo and Women Among Women Association guiding and aiding in the development of women of all ages both personally and professionally. She earned her BA in Communication Studies focusing in organizational consulting, communication theory, conflict resolution and leadership empowerment.
Belinda's ability to connect and relate with her audience are considered her most important achievements. Her pleasant, motivating and upbeat personality adds a positive climate to any professional session.

Marco Alexander Barrios, co-founder of BRT Professional Development Solutions, is committed and dedicated to bringing the consumer high quality material and content based on his knowledge of computer engineering and computer skills. Marco has received his BA in Computer Hardware Engineering and is currently pursuing a Masters degree at the University Texas of Rio Grande Valley. He has an outstanding record of achievement at the university, including the award for best senior design, President's List and Dean's List. He also has outstanding achievements in high school, Harmony Science Academy Brownsville, demonstrated through robotics and electrical engineering.
Marco Barrios, son of Belinda Tijerina, co-founded the BRT business along with other online based businesses at the age 19. To this day, he remains completely inspired and passionate more than ever to keep pushing the limits with what he believes is indeed possible.
